18th birthday (outside event)
We designed a number 18 and a large swan for the head of the table, along with various ice trays and ice uplifts for food presentations.

Oyster display - Central London Hotel
We worked alongside a team of top London chefs to create a display that was not only practical but also a stunning surround with crushed ice and dry ice to give off the ice cold effect and freshness of the sea.
